Optimistic Futures
Knowing you are not alone, you can find hope. By having hopes and dreams, you can achieve an optimistic future.

A message of hope, from your pal
James Lindsay
Dear friend,
I hope that as you are reading this you are in a place of happiness, but if not, that is ok. You are not alone and you never will be.
Things might be far from perfect, but always remember that you are enough. A few years ago I was in a very dark and sad place...
Pebbles
Hina Sharma
It hits you, the bite of the cold crisp air. You inhale a deep breath, and it starts to recharge your senses. As you exhale the mist of breath creates a cloud, a moving creation of transparent white foamy speckles that takes on a living form of its own. Full of Co2 it’s how your body naturally empties what it doesn’t need. I shut the door behind me...

Dear 16-year old me
Clare Giltrow
I’m writing this from your future. I know it sounds unbelievable, not just the bending of the space/time continuum, but the possibility that there will be a future, that you’ll make it. But you do – and it’s glorious! Well, lots of it anyway. I’m not going to lie and pretend it’s all great, because it’s not. Unfortunately, life doesn’t work like that. Forgive the cliché, but it’s a rollercoaster with amazing highs and devastating lows. But you get through it all because you’re so much stronger than you realise...

Dear little me & future me
KeiKei Clothier (KeiKei Travels)
Trust that everything works out just as it’s supposed to. Sometimes life might feel like too much, but I promise it all gets better.
Love and respect yourself, work hard, be vulnerable, above all, be kind. Don’t let the negativity from others affect your kindness, they’re just a little lost themselves. In life, people will come and go, don’t let anyone treat you poorly, and always remember your worth. Caring about what others think of you is pointless, most people don’t even really know what they think of themselves - their opinions aren't your problems.

Never give up
Paul Crang
On a Saturday afternoon in April 2005, I was taking part in something I loved, never did I dream it would end in disaster. Approaching 40 minutes into the game I was on the receiving end of a late and high tackle. Instantly I knew and so did the crowd that I was in trouble.
I don’t remember too much after that until I was being transported into an ambulance and heading for Hospital...
Vegetables and 16-year-old loved ones
From a loving aunt
My lovely nephew who is kind at his core
Someone who makes you laugh- that's for sure
If you don't know him, don't be nervous, he can be quick-witted from the fore.
I have witnessed you develop into a sound, talented young man
A real friend to many, a star when it matters, I'm a true fan
Like any teenager he can be annoying... like an unwanted orange tan...
